You heard it right. The summertime taste of a root beer float in cookie form! I lovingly mix up my favorite cookie batter, flavor it with good ole fashioned root beer (actually, a special root beer pudding mix spiked with a drop or two of root beer extract does the trick). Then I add generous handfuls of white chocolate chips, bake, and when cool, I top with a sweet root beer glaze and sprinkles of crushed root beer barrels. Dunking and OMG-ing is totally allowed.
