Frequently Asked Questions

Do you ship?

As of July 1, 2021, Florida's Cottage Food Law does allow shipping. I am still working through details and logistics, but will start shipping cookies soon.

Do you deliver?

Yes, I offer delivery in the Orlando area. Depending on mileage, additional fees may apply.

How far in advance do I need to order?

The sooner the better! Two days advance notice is preferable for smaller orders. Larger orders require at least a week's notice.

I have allergies...what do you use?

I often work with nuts in my kitchen. My cookies are made by hand using equipment which comes in contact with dairy, nuts, soy, and wheat. If you have a severe allergy, please know that while I do my best to prevent cross-contamination, I am not an official allergy-free bakery.

How long do your cookies last?

My cookies are made with real ingredients and NO preservatives. I heat seal all my cookies to ensure maximum freshness. They will last four to five days... or four to five months if you place them in an airtight container or freezer bag and freeze them! When ready to eat, just let them sit at room temperature for 2 hours on average and serve! Please do not refrigerate them, because they will dry out.

Can I order custom flavors?

Yes! If you have a specific flavor in mind, just contact me directly using the Contact page to discuss details.

Do you have a refund policy?

All sales are final. In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, all uneaten cookies must be returned within 24 hours to assess their condition and determine if a credit may be issued for a future order.

Do you do large orders?

Yes. Please contact me directly using the Contact page to discuss details.
