Summer birthdays. Block parties. Tuesday afternoon. My Cotton Candy Cookies always bring a smile -- whenever the kiddos have them, and by that I mean the big kiddos and the little ones. They're fun, festive, and pretty in pastels. Better yet, they taste like the nostalgic, fairground treat because there's cotton candy flavor swirled in the batter and in the glaze. To finish them off, I sprinkle crunchy cotton candy sprinkles on top. Kind of makes you happy just thinking about them, doesn't it?
